What are the Southern Nevada Code Requirements?

In this video, we look over different buildings codes that are adopted and used throughout the Southern Nevada Region. We’ll explain what these codes mean and when these codes were adopted. Building codes are required as they promote safety and accessibility while considering the regional factors of Southern Nevada. SSA Architecture, Small Studio Associates and Ken Small Architect are architectural practitioners located in Las Vegas Nevada. We are currently licensed to practice Architecture in Nevada, Arizona, California, and other jurisdictions.
