INGREDIENTS:

FOR BRINE
1.5 kg whole chicken
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Half cup vinegar
1 tbsp salt
8-10 cups water to dip completely

= FOR MARINATION
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
4 tsp red food colour
Half tsp black pepper
1 & half tsp salt
half tsp oregano
3 green chilies chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp lemon juice

= FOR GLAZE
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp parika/ kashmiri mirch
Half tsp chili flakes
1 tsp parsley or coriander

Bake at 190 C for 1 & half hour
Then Take it out .Rub the prepared glaze and put it back
Broil/ Grill for 25-30 minutes until a nice red color is achieved. change sides after 10 minutes during broiling for even cooking
