Acting Secret Service Director Rowe deflects when asked about the lack of drones used at the Butler, PA rally: "Based on the information I have right now I am aware there was a request from a local agency to offer to fly a drone on that day. We should have had a better line of sight on some of those high-ground concerns. We thought we might have had it covered with the human eye."
