Baking Sourdough - Ingredients and Equipment

This video covers not only the ingredients you'll need to bake sourdough, whether it's for bread or for crust for your pizza, but also some of the home, um, equipment and setup. So if you kinda take a look here, this site is more on making the dough. Um, I do recommend this book Flower, water, salt, yeast, But, literally, I have flour, bread flour, and then salt, and, uh, some water and some sourdough starter. Um, bowl of water, some ice, and, uh, edible spoon, and, something to store and knead the bread with. And what I'll do is I'll put it into this Dutch oven, which is just a cast iron Dutch oven. Now you can find that starter, uh, through a friend, maybe buy it from a store, make a trip to San Francisco, buy it online.
