Rhubarb G&T

Here’s one I’ve only just got round to uploading. My lovely neighbour gave us some rhubarb and we did that totally British thing where we said thanks and acted extremely grateful, knowing full well we don’t like it.

However, it turns out a Rhubarb Gin & Tonic is rather nice. Once you manage to actually make it that is.

Rhubarb & Ginger Syrup
Gin (obviously)
Lime
Ice
Big glasses
