3-Ingredient Salted Caramel Cookie Cups:

Ingredients:
1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Coarse sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare your baking pan: Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line it with mini cupcake liners.

Shape the cookie dough: Divide the sugar cookie dough into 24 small balls. Press each ball into the bottom of a muffin cup to form a small cup shape, pressing the dough up the sides of each cup.

Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.

Cool slightly: Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. While still warm, use the back of a small spoon or your fingers to press down the center of each cookie to create a small well.

Add caramel: Spoon a small amount of caramel sauce into each cookie cup. If the caramel is too thick, you can microwave it for a few seconds to make it easier to pour.

Add salt: Sprinkle a tiny pinch of coarse sea salt on top of the caramel in each cookie cup.

Cool completely: Let the cookie cups cool completely before removing them from the muffin tin.
