"By-law to Regulate the Discharge of Firearms"
The Township of Perry Ontario has proposed new regulations for the discharge of firearms on private property. It should be noted that this area is RURAL farm laands and NOT close city housing.

Citizens would be required to obtain written permission from the local municipality, among other criteria.

In part the legislation reads:
"An Officer may enter upon property at any reasonable time, for the purpose of this by-law, to carry out an inspection to determine whether or not the by-law is being complied with."
"Every person shall permit an Officer to inspect ANY property for the purposes of
determining compliance with this by-law.
