This meeting ran longer than usual and included the retirement recognition of Annette Mash.

There was also Transit Development Plan Presentation by the Benesch organization. (https://www.benesch.com/)

Next was a comprehensive Second Quarter 2024 Budget Review with Budget Director, Bart Hampson.

Public Comments began at 1:09:40 and ran through 1:15:27 with a group from Citizens to Protect Children and Elderly inviting the Commissioners to their upcoming event on October 3, 2024 at Victory Park in Pickerington. The only other speaker was Ray Stemen of Lancaster, offering a prayer for the elderly; like himself and for the County government.

The remainder of the meeting were items related to the regular Legal Update and County Administrative Update(s) and the commission's "voting pattern".
