JUST IN: Unemployment rate rises to 4.3%, way above the 4.1% projection as the US economy adds just 114,000 jobs in the month of July.

This is the highest unemployment rate in the U.S. since November of 2021.

Here is how the stock market is reacting:

S&P:🔻2.5%
DOW: 🔻1.9%
NASDAQ: 🔻3.3%

Intel plummeted nearly 30% after they announced they missed on earnings and were suspending dividends.

They also announced they were slashing 15% of their staff.
