3-Ingredient Doughnuts Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup of self-raising flour
1 cup of Greek yogurt
Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions:

Prepare the Dough:

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of self-raising flour and 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms. The dough should be soft but not too sticky. If it’s too sticky, add a little more flour.
Shape the Doughnuts:

Lightly flour your hands and a clean surface. Roll out the dough to about 1/2-inch thickness.
Use a doughnut cutter or two round cutters (one large and one small) to cut out doughnut shapes. Re-roll any scraps to cut out more doughnuts.
Fry the Doughnuts:

Heat cooking oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Carefully place the doughnuts into the hot oil, a few at a time, to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the doughnuts from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Optional: Add Toppings

You can coat the warm doughnuts in sugar or cinnamon sugar for added flavor. Alternatively, dip them in a simple glaze made from powdered sugar and milk, or drizzle with chocolate.
