Hezbollah fired rockets at northern Israel. Rockets were fired into Israel's Western Galilee in the late hours of Aug 1. The attack was Hezbollah's first since an Israeli airstrike killed its top commander Fuad Shukr on July 30. Soon after the death of Shukr, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah said that the operations would resume on Aug 2.
