Croquettes side dish made healthy using organic kipler potatos, unbleached bakers flour, spelt flour breadcrumbs, eggs from pasture raised chickens not crammed in a factory with no sunlight & deep fried in coconut oil which is low smoke point so the fat absorbs some of the starchyness of the potatos
paired with a pot of organic gravy with a steak sounds like the perfect meal.
