Campaign X Account Tries & Fails To Gaslight Us On Harris Word Salad For Americans Returning To U.S.

Posted • August 2, 2024: If there has ever been a more unprofessional/brazen/blatant attempt to gaslight the American people by a presidential campaign, I don't know about it. Let me set up what led to it first. On Thursday, a joyful bit of news appeared about the United States securing the release of Americans (and others) who were being held unjustly in Russian prisons. One of them, former US Marine Paul Whelan, had been held for around six years. Late Thursday night into early Friday morning, those Americans returned home to touch down on U.S. soil. And who was there to greet them at Joint Base Andrews? President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. So far, so good. The official X social media account for Team Harris (known as Kamala HQ) shared remarks from Harris, who was flanked by Biden as she spoke:

But there's a problem: That isn't what Harris said in the video--not even close. And there's a related problem: The video on the post shows that Harris is back off-script, casually tossing her word salads for all of America to see--and more crucially, hear.

The sheer hubris required to try this is off the charts. They think you're stupid. There is simply no other explanation. America, who are you going to believe, the word of a (likely) purple-haired WH intern or your lying eyes/ears? This is the clip with the genuine, not reverse-engineered transcript of her remarks … and since I have no more words tonight, in my fog of disgust, embarrassment, and righteous indignation on behalf of America, let's watch the clip together and allow former Trump administration acting director of national intelligence and ambassador to Germany, Ric Grennell do the honors for so many of us right now.
