The Philippine Coast Guard announced further delays in oil spill clean-up

Seaside towns in the Philippines are bracing for the worst as the Coast Guard announces another delay in efforts to contain an oil spill. The removal of 1.5 million liters of fuel from a tanker that sank during last week's typhoon is now expected to take an additional two weeks.
