A Spiritual Warfare Key: Abstract Thinking / WWY L69

So I know sometimes WWY gets into some spiritual concepts that some bible believers are not comfortable with. They find spiritual warfare to be a little too out there. For example, watch WWY L68 'FreeStyling It!'. :-)

But where did this division come from? Am I reading the same Bible? Or am I just reading the Bible differently?

The Bible is foundational without a doubt - full of facts, history, and true stories but let’s be honest the Bible is really a spiritual book. I know in our left-brained, logical, carnal world we tend to lose focus on how spiritual the Bible really is. Many people don’t see as many miracles these days and they have to live their lives because times are tough these days and so they are focused on the day-to-day operations. I have to take care of my family. I want to be entertained. I want to live the good life. I want (insert your wants here) . . .

But is that a distraction? What is this life really about? Have we lost our focus? Is living these spiritual realities only for overly ‘spiritual’ people on the front line?

Many times I say “You have to read your bible differently” but what does that mean? WWY wants to take this time to go over what the Bible says but more importantly what does it mean?

I want to take this time to narrow the divide between people that view the Bible more conservatively vs those who view it more literally but spiritually. The spirit realm is like a dream world and we just happen to be sojourning / passing through during our earthly existence. The spirit realm is our primary reality which makes sense because Yah/God is Spirit (John 4:24).
