There are times when things are going wrong and we know exactly what to do - or we think we do. It is in those times that God shows us that we really don't know the fullness of God's purpose and plan. Abraham shows us what we do in those times when we have to believe God for His purpose and not ours: make a sacrifice. Our doubts, our will, our fears, and even ourselves has to be placed on the altar and let God consume all of it, letting His will take control.
