The Gospel of John is written “so that you may believe that Yeshua is the Christ, the Son of GOD, and that believing in HIM, you may have eternal life in HIS NAME (JOH 20:31).The Letter of First John is written “to you a who believe in the name of the Son of GOD, so that you may know that you have eternal life” (1JOH 5:13).
1. 1:4, We write this to make our (your, our) joy complete.2. In CH 2:1 My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.
Every act of forgiveness is written in the blood of Yeshua. All the way back to the garden, the original couple sinned tried to atone for it themselves and the LORD had to come in ad offer salvation through blood. That blood was a foreshadowing of the blood of Yeshua that was promised to come. And it HE did.
