Quads have been demolished. Did 3 supersets of adductors and abductors before starting quads and 3 more supersets after quads were done. I don't log them cuz some a**holes in the gym decided to remove all the weight stickers from the stack on the adductor-abductor machine. Maybe I should just start mentioning the weight as "half stack, 3/4 stack, full stack" etc in my logbook and get goin with it.
