Southport protests latest: Murder suspect named as Axel Rudakubana

The suspect in the Southport stabbings has been named as Axel Muganwa Rudakubana, 17, after restrictions were lifted

He is charged with three counts of murder, 10 of attempted murder, and one count of possessing a bladed article and is remanded in custody
