President Trump was asked by NABJ reporter if he would consider stepping down if his health was declining:

TRUMP: "Oh, absolutely. If I thought I was failing in some way.. I want people to be sharp. I'll go a step further, I want anybody running for president to take an aptitude test, take a cognitive test. I think it's a great idea!"
