Appeals Court Rules Texas Can Protect Its Border With Water Buoys In Rio Grande

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Texas can continue to use the floating barrier Governor Greg Abbott deployed in the Rio Grande last year to help deter illegal migrants from crossing the dangerous river.
