No time is NOT an excuse
The most common excuse I hear when it comes to health is “I don’t have time”.
This is not true.
What people mean is “I don’t value my health”.
You can’t spend 10-15 minutes to make a healthy meal.
But you will happily sit and wait 30 mins for your takeaway or spend hours at a restaurant.
You say you can’t work out for 15-20 mins just 2-3 times a week.
But you can watch Netflix for multiple hours a day.
You can’t take 10 minutes each morning to manifest, meditate, do affirmations and work on your mental health.
But you can scroll through social media for an hour before work.
You DO have time, you just don’t prioritise your health.
