No time is NOT an excuse
The most common excuse I hear when it comes to health is “I don’t have time”.

What people mean is “I don’t value my health”.

But you can watch Netflix for multiple hours a day.
You can’t take 10 minutes each morning to manifest, meditate, do affirmations and work on your mental health.
But you can scroll through social media for an hour before work.
