WEEKLY TOWN HALL – Ron Carlson, “The Snake(s) in the River” Part 2

Ron came to Stand Up For Idaho on July 10th and only covered part of what he intended, so he is coming back with ‘Part 2’ of his presentation.
Ron Carlson has dealt with water issues in the Snake River for over 30 years including being Watermaster of Snake River Water District 1, the largest Water District in the United States. The Water District 1 Watermaster distributes all of the water diverted from the river and it’s tributaries above Milner Dam. Ron is know as the ‘expert’ in Idaho water law and in surface water use and distribution, and was awarded the ‘Idaho Water Users Hall of Fame’ and the ‘Agricultural Hall of Fame’.
This is a continuing effort to help us understand the ‘water wars’ occurring in Idaho and what we can do about them.
