3-Ingredient Homemade Bounty Bars
Ingredients:

Desiccated Coconut - 2 cups
Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1 can (14 oz)
Dark Chocolate - 12 oz
Instructions:

Prepare the Coconut Mixture:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the desiccated coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well until the coconut is fully coated and a sticky dough forms.
Shape the Bars:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take small portions of the coconut mixture and shape them into rectangular bars or logs, approximately 2 inches in length and 1 inch in width. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Once all the bars are shaped, place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Coat with Chocolate:

Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler until smooth and glossy.
Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each coconut bar into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Let the excess chocolate drip off before placing the bars back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Repeat until all the bars are coated with chocolate.
Set the Bars:

Once all the bars are coated, place them in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate has fully set.
Enjoy:

Your homemade Bounty bars are ready to enjoy! Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep them fresh.
Tips:

If you prefer milk chocolate or white chocolate, you can use those instead of dark chocolate.
For an extra touch, you can sprinkle some shredded coconut on top of the bars before the chocolate sets.
Make sure the coconut bars are well-chilled before dipping in chocolate to prevent them from falling apart.
