The Technical Team roles at a Toastmasters Meeting

Every Toastmasters club meeting has evaluators of technical skills: fluency, grammar and concision. They are called the Ah Counter, Grammarian and Timer. This video describes what is expected of them at the ArtTalkers Club of Kyiv, Ukraine.
