⚖️VERDICT Reached Ashley Benefield Black Swan Murder Trial after 6 Hr. 24 Min. of Deliberations👨🏻‍⚖️

Jurors returned a verdict late Tuesday evening in Manatee Counting finding Ashley Benefield, a former ballerina, guilty of the lesser charge of Manslaughter, following 6.5 hours of deliberations. This came shortly after they had informed the Judge of a potential impasse.

Ashley was immediately taken into custody, with sentencing anticipated in approximately 6 weeks. The mandatory minimum sentence is 11.5 years, while the maximum is 30 years (15 years each for Manslaughter and using a firearm).
