On this adventure, I tested the Vortex Gold Sluice Box by Prospectors Dream to see if it can process dirt for gold. The 6x22 Thermoform Vortex Dream Mat Sluice is made for expeditions and backpackers, looking for a lightweight sluice (only 1 pound!) that you can shovel unclassified material directly into while withstanding the demands of gold mining. It sounded too good to be true, so I tested it!
