The Acolyte is a Star Wars Story About POSITIVE CORRUPTION!

The Acolyte has irreparably damaged Star Wars in ways that will be felt for years to come. Every time showrunner Leslye Headland opens her mouth, more pain is inflicted on the fanbase. Fortunately, a second season appears to be highly unlikely, but if you want to see it all burn down, that is a sad bit of news indeed. Fewer opportunities for Headland to explain her baffling writing choices like how Osha was being oppressed by Master Sol with "benign sexism" even as she was force choking the life from him. Or how the story was about how the Sith can orchestrate a "positive corruption arc" and make the world a better place?

This is the gift that keeps on giving and if you want better Star Wars in the future, you would want a season 2 of The Acolyte!
