"76 year old" Wil demonstrates how the Bong Sao (Sau) or "Springing Hand" that is a integral part of Wing Chun Kung-Fu when exerted forward can be used NOT only to deflect attacks, BUT, become an attack as well!!! This is the genius of my Sigong Bruce's Lee Jeet Kune Do. BTW: JKD Sifu Ray Bray stands at 6'6" tall and weighs in at around 270lbs.. I really appreciate him volunteering for this video!!!
