Ordinance of Secession from the United States of America Passes at ReOrganized California State Convention
Insurrection, Secession & Abdication of Authority
Meeting for the second time in Convention Saturday July 27, 2024, the ReOrganized California State passed three Ordinances dealing with the failing state government of California. The convention was held virtually with 51 of the 58 counties of California sending delegates to determine next steps to replace the government constitutionally by way of Article IV, Sections 3 & 4 of the United States Constitution. Of the 51 counties present there were 137 Delegates comprised of County Chairs, Assembly members, Senators and delegates at-large. The 1st Constitutional Convention was held in October 2022.

All three Ordinances were unanimously approved 137 yeas to 0 nays.
The second ReOrganized convention was the result of the efforts of the New California State to show the public the California state government has become a totalitarian government that does not comply with the U.S. Constitution. California’s failure to comply with the U.S. Constitution violates the 1850 compact between the people of California and the Congress which granted statehood to California. The California government left the people of California without a Constitutional government.
