Most cats indeed can't resist the temptation when they see fish. They are usually very interested in the movement of fish in the water and the fresh aroma coming from it. Cats often show cute and adorable reactions when they see fish, ranging from wagging tails, squinting eyes, to a poised posture ready to pounce on the fish. This habit may have been passed down from their ancestors who were originally agile hunters. If you have a cat that gets very excited when seeing fish, perhaps giving them a little fish treat occasionally could be a good idea!
