Why we should support the #ImmigrationReferendum and Variable Residency Rules to control migration

I think everyone agrees immigration is completely out of control in the Britain and the entire Western world. We need a new approach to tackle this huge problem and I propose we support the #ImmigrationReferendum and Variable Residency Rules.
