Info from Licensor: "Both were arguing about cutting one another off on the road. They pulled over and started arguing. Guy in brown was the aggressor and the suspect and on the loose still. Happened July 24, 2024. I think the guy that got hit is okay he was still alive when I got up to him and the medics got to him. Prayers for the family and the guy."
