Welcome to 7-Up & At It. This is a daily devotional I have embarked on to become a better person, but more importantly, a better Christian. Today I am studying 1 Timothy 4:13-16, because it's Confirmation Day from God. That's right, I'm not studying a verse picked by today's date.
