E1935: Conservative Justices Are Target Of Biden's Reforms 7/30/24

Former Attorney General Bill Barr has expressed concerns about President Biden's Supreme Court reform proposals, arguing that they would eliminate conservative justices and undermine the judiciary's independence. Barr and First Liberty Institute's president, CEO, and chief counsel, Kelly Shackelford, wrote an op-ed stating that the far left is demanding more liberal justices on the Supreme Court. They believe these changes will become reality if the Democratic presidential nominee, likely Vice President Harris, wins in November. They believe that this will only happen with a majority vote and the President's signature, pointing to Harris' openness to discussing increasing the number of justices on the Supreme Court.
