In this Raijin Sumo Keiko (Practice), we warm up, go over some drills, get a lesson or two from our club founders, and then see some action!!

Most clips are grouped up by a VS system so you will see a lot of the same wrestler in a row. Scan through or use the chapters to find your favored rikishi.
