#healthchallenge GIVE IT A TRY... ONE MONTH JUST FOR 20 MINUTES A DAY just dancing and moving to get your blood flowing. Start off slow if you need to. MOVE, Grove and dance the to the whole video if you can. GOOD LUCK. Its not that easy haha
