Medical Mondays - Tamper Proof Seal on Medication

Looking up another 1980s medical facts, I read about the Tylenol Murders and how it brought the change for manufactures to add tamper proof seals on medications then spread to other consumer products. I also am including some spill over information about how it affected halloween activities for many people afterwards, including me.
