A Sanilac County man is a millionaire after buying some lottery tickets on a whim

Lottery officials say the 32-year-old man won a 1 million dollar prize playing the Michigan Lottery's Diamond Wild Time instant game. He bought the winning ticket in Marlette, which is about 50 miles east of Saginaw. The winner is choosing to remain anonymous.
