Signs of Hope Amid Michigan’s Opioid Crisis

In an interview with BridgeMichigan, executive director of Community Recovery Alliance Caitlin Koucky said that “There are more grants and more funding coming in (for) recovery…There’s more help available, and that help is more visible.” Additionally, BridgeMichigan reports that the number of ambulance runs in response to overdoses is declining, and that there is an increased distribution of overdose-reversing drugs such as Narcan.
