Expat Tech: Video Games for Travel & Life Abroad

Expats rarely are thinking about video games when looking to move to a new country, or often even for a while after having moved. For many of us, video games were an essential part of life prior to moving abroad and one that often leaves a gap in our lives. However, in many cases, and especially in my own life here in Nicaragua, I've found that video gaming might actually be cheaper and easier than it was back home with just a few basic caveats. A little reconsideration as to how to look at video gaming gear might make being a video gaming expat or digital nomad the right life choice for you.
