Harvesting Herbs in our Homestead Garden

Marti has more than doubled the number of herbs under cultivation here on the homestead. Today, she spends a little time collecting this season's first big harvest. Though we have taken individual samples from these plants, this will be the first haircut some of them get. These herbs will be used for teas and tinctures and to add flavor to our meals.
