Germany’s largest chemical plant rocked by explosion

An explosion at Germany's biggest chemical plant, the BASF complex in Ludwigshafen, has left 14 people injured. While the flames have been extinguished, the city and fire department have issued a warning about the potential release of hazardous gases.
