In this case, Rupeka gave the cop the finger that had someone else pulled over, the cop left that stop and then stopped Rupeka. Cop contended it was for obstructed vision aka shit on his mirror. Rupeka refuses to get out, gets sprayed, and is arrested for "obstruction of governmental operations" or something similar. Charges were dropped after the video was seen, and Rupeka sued and got 50k.

The cop resigned.
