Kim pictured at evacuation site as flooding hits DPRK

Kim Jong-un has been pictured at a helicopter evacuation site, in the midst of heavy rain and flooding in DPRK. Images shared by North Korean state media show the scale of the flooding, which has submerged farmland and villages, while Kim was pictured driving through floodwater in the affected region, said to be near the country’s border with China.

Kim was also pictured at an air base, with helicopters and buses transporting evacuated civilians.
