Releasing body-worn camera footage from a Pasadena Police Department incident on February 20, 2023. Just before 3 a.m., an officer noticed a commotion at Marengo and Walnut. Three people were involved in a heated argument. The officer called for backup and approached the situation, which was captured on BWC.

The dispute was determined to be a family argument. One person had a wrist injury but declined treatment. No arrests or citations were made, and no force was used. All parties left freely. No complaints have been received, though a legal claim may be pending. The full BWC footage will also be released with necessary redactions for privacy.
