Members of the Hout Bay Harbour steering committee say they have been left in the dark about the national government’s project to renovate the harbour and are demanding answers as to when a community with the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure meeting will occur.
Here vice chairperson Haneefa Opperman vents her frustration that her calls for a meeting with the department has fallen on deaf ears.
