Can you believe eating this food just ONE time did this to me?

This weekend highlighted yet again the importance of what we eat for our health.

I used to suffer badly from stress, I got physical symptoms as well as the mental ones.

The whole side of my face would feel tight, grinding my teeth, headaches and more.

I felt like this every day and it affected my life substantially.

When I changed my diet all of that went away.

Despite being in an incredibly stressful situation right now and for the last few months I haven’t felt like that at all.

This weekend we went out with friends for food, we had dinner at the restaurant. I just had steak as usual.

But after they wanted to take us to a restaurant they liked to have their favourite dessert.

I don’t eat desserts or sugar in general at all but to be polite I tried some.

It tasted amazing.

But the next day my physical stress symptoms were back!

We didn’t have a stressful day, it was a fun family day out with the kids. But I felt stressed all day.

Just because of that one food I ate.

Food affects us way more than we even realise.

It’s only after you clear out all the junk that you realise how much it affected you.
