Where they stand: 100 Days until U.S. election

It seems like every time I think the plot of the US presidential election cannot handle another twist, one reveals itself. The latest is the relinquishing of the current President Joe Biden bid for reelection just 4 months shy of Election Day and less than 3 days following the close of the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee. A convention which was filled with sites never seen from the state before like the ripping off a t-shirt by a well known wrestler, the poetic words from a major online influencer and of course a Presidential candidate sporting a bandage over his recent gunshot wound. The theme for the week was strength and unity.
